When provisioning a new VMWare host, because it can sometimes be so slow, the user can get ahead of Foreman by selecting form elements quicker than Foreman can process them. For example, if you choose 'Deploy On' before the Host-group or location processing has finished, it resets all of form fields. One "solution" would be to disable form fields until the form field before it has finished processing.
