Description

On EL7, you may get a crash on startup with MySQL with no distinct error message:

/opt/rh/ruby193/root/usr/share/gems/gems/mysql2-0.3.18/lib/mysql2/client.rb:24:in `initialize_ext': Mysql2::Error
        from /opt/rh/ruby193/root/usr/share/gems/gems/mysql2-0.3.18/lib/mysql2/client.rb:24:in `initialize'

To fix it, yum upgrade trousers which should be version trousers-0.3.11.2-4.el7_1 or newer (2-3 is buggy), due to bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1224558.

I think this only happens when you have foreman-libvirt too.
