Description

This is an enhancement to leverage the Kafo changes provided by http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/10162 to support a 'smart-proxy' scenario.

E.g.

foreman-installer --scenario smart-proxy \
--foreman-proxy-tftp=false \
--foreman-proxy-foreman-base-url=https://$FOREMAN \
