Description

Clicking "manage host", then editing settings by adding mac address for the host fails.

No tftp settings have ever existed. Shouldn't fail on save.

Unable to save
Remove old TFTP Settings for fqdn task failed with the following error: ERF12-7299 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to delete TFTP boot entry for ([RestClient::ResourceNotFound]: 404 Resource Not Found) for proxy https://foreman:8443/tftp

  • Subject changed from Unable to manage a previously unmanaged host to TFTP removal error when updating MAC on previously unmanaged host

The only way I can see this firing is if there was a subnet assigned to the NIC after managed has been toggled, but before the MAC is changed. When the MAC's changed it should trigger TFTP removal if the old subnet had TFTP enabled (that is, a TFTP Proxy was set).
