Description

There are certain requirements on amount of RAM memory through various OSes and distributions, .e.g Fedora 16 - 768MB, RHEL 6.2 - 512MB, with lower memory the system doesn't even start and the machine is in pending state. Therefore it would be nice to be able to specify the Minimum RAM requirements on per-OS basis and don't let user to choose lower memory based on this restriction.

http://libosinfo.org/ would be a great source for this info as it's used too for GNOME Boxes and similar. Perhaps not linking to the native library, but a Ruby implementation around the same database would be neat.
