When a user edits an existing host and adds a new network interface although the compute resource does not support updates, the user can define compute resource specific settings. However, these settings are never applied. The new interface is not added to the VM.

I am unsure, what the desired behavior is. Probably instead of the compute resource specific settings a warning message should be shown.
