When adding a new resource it seems a 'tenant' access cannot be used.

IE, I have a private cloud at a service provider and want to manage this cloud from Foreman, along with my other systems.

The URL I have, which works perfectly with the openstack cli, is in form: https://XXX.platform9.net/keystone/v2.0

It appears Foreman is requiring use of the /tokens url to do tenant discovery.

I already know my 'tenant_name' and would like to be able to add without having to go through this.
