Description of problem: If an administrator, or a user, subscribes to notification via email, they cannot verify that their subscription is valid, nor can they know exactly when the notification is next due. If a user subscribes to notification monthly, and they have just missed the date, they could be waiting several weeks before the notification event is again due.

To trigger all events scheduled for a specific time period (daily, weekly, monthly) it is possible to trigger these by running the following command via an SSH session on the Satellite server. The following example is for subscriptions due daily.

"foreman-rake reports:daily"

Instead of using this command and triggering all the daily subscription notifications, it would be useful to have a web UI button with which a user could initiate a subscription email on demand.
