Description

Implementation of a generic HTTP-Webhook Realm Provider based on the new API for realm providers and its FreeIPA provider (#17500) which does not offer integration with specific services, but is able to notify arbitrary services/realms (which must be listening for these HTTP-Requests of course) about new hosts and their deletion.

Besides: Are there any plans to offer such additional realm providers in Foreman itself? AFAIK FreeIPA and Active Directory are hardcoded there and the selection has no impact on the actual realm request to the smart proxy (which will choose the implementation defined in its own config anyway).

Plus: Would you like to see this kind of provider rather in an external plugin?
