Description
When you have a lot of different partition tables, it might be confusing for users to know how a host is partitioned when selecting one of these partition tables.
Adding a description field to the partition table which is shown during host creation (i.e. in the form) might help clarify what the purpose of a partition table is.

Since they use the same parent model with provisoning templates, it would be great to have the same for them too. We're abusing metadata for this atm. Definitely +1 from me.
