Dashboard "Hosts that had pending changes" doesn't match reports

Description
Our dashboard reports 33 hosts with pending changes, but when you click that link itself (search=status.pending+%3E+0+and+status.enabled+%3D+true), it displays a list of 327 servers.
Also, shouldn't the text be "Hosts that have" or "Hosts in pending state" instead of past tense?
