Description

The foreman vhost template needs the certificates that puppet::server creates.

Currently, the paths to the ssl certificates are also hardcoded (this should be changed too).
I already have some code in place to workaround this, but it depends heavily on having the include puppet::server before foreman. This due to how puppet 'precompiles' templates.
