When provisioning a host and templates aren't in the taxonomy of the host, provisioning fails because the templates cannot be found. Foreman either reports, that no PXELinux Template has been configured or rendering issues occur:

• Unable to render 'PXELinux default local boot' template: ERF42-4689 [Foreman::Exception]: Template 'PXELinux default local boot' was not found

• Unable to render 'PXEGrub default local boot' template: ERF42-4689 [Foreman::Exception]: Template 'PXEGrub default local boot' was not found

This is very misleading for users. We should at least show a warning or something else. The "resolve templates" button resolves these templates and doesn't give any hint, that there is an issue.
