Description of problem:

(this bug is for the statistics page, I wasn't sure what the best component was so I picked dashboard)

The donut graphs on the statistics page do not create an "other" category to lump together entries that constitute less than 5 or 10%. This can make for a donut with lots of tiny slivers of info.

Additionally, there is no legend, and you have to hover over each slice to see what it's representing. The percentages in the middle are useful for some stats like free memory, but not as useful for stats with lots of entries like OS.

If there are more than two entires to the donut, it would be useful to replace the big percentage in the middle with a legend if possible. A legend under the donut would work too, depending on how the space is laid out.
