Description of problem:

While creating a new host under RHEV 3.6 and 4.1, when we change the image under the operating system it's not updating the template automatically under Virtual Machine and also disables the options to change the template manually.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two templates in RHEV. e.g: testone & testtwo
2. Associate it under RHEV compute resource images. e.g testone (templatea), testtwo (templateb)
3. Create a host using RHEV Image select templatea which select testone image.
4. Change the Image template to templateb under operating system tab. However the template under the virtual machine tab does not changes

Actual results:

The template is not changing when the image is changed.

Expected results:

The template should change when we change the image in the operating system.

Additional info:

I suspect this doesn't influence the provisioning behavior, as the template selector
gets disabled and the image in operating system determins the template now, however, it is
still confusing for the users and we should change the value regardless it's disabled.
