It seems that if use_uuid_for certificates is set to true, and one is using the ENC script that uploads facts, foreman will create two host records for a host where the certname does not match the hostname.

e.g. - In the case of an ec2 that has a default hostname of domU-bah, and the certname is set to the desired FQDN.
