Description

I encountered this for a report with 1000+ rules based on a scap content with only default profile. Scap content file size was 37 MB.

Steps to reproduce:
1) generate a report with more than 1000 rules
2) try to view full report in UI
3) page crashes

I expect the page not to crash and display full report
