Switching from one environment to another causes parameter formatting to become mangled

Description
I've noticed that when I switch to an environment on a host using the EditHost->Host tab, "Environment" setting that about 90% of the time the formatting in parameters for classes that are available in both environments get mangled.
The work around for me right now is to copy the entries into something else and then replace after I've switched environment.

I think this was already addressed in https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/15984 (released in 1.18)
