No way to tell an existing host to inherit CV/LE from its host group

Description
Reproduce:
1. create a host via "All Hosts"
2. assign a CV/LE and save, leaving host group empty
3. edit the host, select a host group
Expected:
Users can auto assign the CV/LE from the host group
Actual:
Users must know which CV/LE exists in the host group and select them manually
This isn't a regression. I'm pretty sure users have never been able to do this.
