[Module Stream] - Adding stream/version information at breadcrumb switcher icon on module streams details page
Description
Steps
1. Navigate to Module Streams Details Page.
2. Click on breadcrumb switcher Icon
3. See the list of modules (some of them has the same name as nodejs, nodejs, nodejs)

Expected Result
If we are listing modules, adding version/stream could help the user to identify the which module he wanted to click.
Actual Result
Currently, the user does not have the advantage of selecting a module from the breadcrumb switcher icon as there are multiple modules with the same name

This bug is asking for the ability to customize what each object is represented as in the breadcrumb switcher, i.e. name + version rather than just name. this comment shows a screenshot with some details https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/7718#issuecomment-424390475
