Description of problem:
It would be useful to know whether a policy is directly assigned or inherited.
If it is inherited, it would also help to know from which hostgroup in case there is
a deep hostgroup inheritance structure.

Right now, it is not clear where the policy comes from and that is inconvinient
when users try to remove it from host. The direct Assign/Unassign policy modal
does not really help as it always displays all policies.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to find out if policy is assigned to host directly or via hostgroup
