After upgrade to 1.21.0 the CPU and memory defined in used compute profile are not used during image based provisioning.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - create compute profile with 4 Cores per socket, 1 Socket, 4GB memory
2 - create new VM using this profile and image based provisioning as Provisioning Method

Result:
Created VMs does not have defined number of cores and memory it has 1 core and 1GB of memory.
Note that used image (template) on ovirt side has 2 cores and 2GB of memory defined so it's not even using values defined there. I don't know where are the 1 core and 1GB of memory coming from.
