Description of problem:
Clicking the link to 'Reset Puppet Environment' on host tab clears the Partition Template area on the Operating System tab.

6.5
How reproducible:
100% for hosts with a host group that does not have a puppet environment defined
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create host group with no puppet environment
2. Create host to be added to host group
3. Click 'Reset Puppet Environment' link
Actual results:
Partition Template cleared
Expected results:
Partition Template unaffected
