Some of the formular fields in the Create Host dialog are reset if an error is encountered during creation, for example a mandatory field was not filled.

Steps to reproduce:
- Fill the Create Host form but leave a mandatory field empty
- Submit
- the missing fields are highlighted but others lost their settings, notably Lifecycle Environment and Content View as well as the Password field in the case Network settings were incomplete
- If a Host Group was used, some fields, for example Compute Ressource, are reset to the predefined value from the Host Group
