Description
Description of problem: After setting per-page to 5 in Administer -> Settings. The page navigation footer in Config Report and Arf Report shows the incorrect results.

How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Administer -> Settings and change per_page to 5
2. Vist Hosts -> Reports
3. page navigation shows (1-20 of 51) but it should be (1-5 of 51)
