Description

I've discovered a host (In this case a virtual box VM) and it shows all it's details correctly the n viewing through the "Discovered Hosts" UI.
However clicking "Provision" and then "Customise Host" in the pop-up, I'm redirected to an opps page with the following error:

undefined method `datepicker_f' for #<#<Class:0x00000000184b5a10>:0x000000001674db30> Did you mean? datetime_f

Full stack trace attached.
Installed packages attached.

I have the following plugins enabled:

foreman_expire_hosts 7.0.0
foreman_hooks 0.3.16
foreman_monitoring 1.0.1

I believe this comes from the foreman_expire_hosts plugin and is tracked in https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_expire_hosts/issues/69/
