And, conflict! Adding the slave interfaces' MAC addresses so Foreman can set them up causes Infoblox plugin to attempt to generate entries for them, resulting in conflict.

Setting both slave interfaces to the same MAC address as bond0 allows the process to continue, but the OS's config files for the slave interfaces are misconfigured. Unless I'm doing something wildly wrong, this seems like a bug.
