Description

If foreman-installer cannot parse the manifests, we get a silent exit:
  1. echo $?
    25
  2. tail /var/log/foreman-installer.log
    [DEBUG 2013-10-08 11:00:10 main] rc4squeeze: This module does not support operatingsystem at /usr/share/foreman-installer/modules/tftp/manifests/params.pp:26 on node rc4squeeze.elysium.emeraldreverie.org
  1. foreman-installer
    <no output>

We should probably catch this in foreman-installer and report the error
