Description

For downstream releases of katello, we want to set the following:

{
"remove_old_repodata": True,
"remove_old_repodata_threshold": 0
}

in /etc/pulp/server/plugins.conf.d/yum_distributor.json

Note, this will be unlikely to release upstream
