Description

Description of problem:
performing `model info --name "<non-existing-model>"` replies back with an improper exception. ===
Stderr: 404 Resource Not Found
ExitCode: 128

Actual results:
exception back with no info that the model does not exist.

Expected results:
proper exception with a note that model does not exist.
