We are in process of replicating the exact foreman as a new setup, so we need your help to get the listed foreman packages

Those are our nightly builds from a long time ago. We don't keep those around because they're not meant to be used for things other than testing. If you want something reproducible, please keep actual release repositories. There we don't purge old releases.
Your best bet would be to use the final Foreman 3.1 release packages.
