Feature Request: Add devices to libvirt Guests via Foreman (i.e. disk, nic, ram, cpu, etc).

Description
Currently, Foreman Throws an Error for managed hosts if a Libvirt VM is manipulated outside of the Foreman (i.e. - add/remove disks, network cards, etc.).
This happens even if the VM Guest was created using the Foreman UI.
As such, having the ability to provision additional disk space, add network interfaces, or other hardware via the Foreman is imperative to ensure a seamless experience.
