Cancel button in host edit form can be made to point to wrong locations

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Have a host
2) Go to edit it
3) Change its hostname to something else
4) Edit its primary interface to have invalid mac (like 123)
5) Try to submit it
Actual results:
Cancel now points to the name provided in 3, but that change has not been saved yet
Expected results:
Cancel points to the old, unsaved name
