Description

Environments take just a single param, name. Updating the name to itself (eg. "env1" update to "env1") gives error indicating the name is already in use. Omitting this param indicates that the name param is required.

Updating the name to itself should not be an error condition.

I'm closing the issue,
it have been here for some time and I wasn't able to reproduce it on the latest version.
