--content-view-filter-id only works for ID-type filters
Description
--content-view-filter-id filtering does not work for date filters, only ID filters. We should add somewhere in the docs that the --content-view-filter-id flag only works for ID-type filters. The goal is to update the in-product docs (API, Hammer CLI help text) with this information.
This is a paired with #37394. This card is for the necessary hammer changes.

Based on https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/10985#issuecomment-2095959263, it looks like https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/37394 resulted in updating the Hammer description changes as well.
