On Host#new, when choosing a compute resource, the virtual machine tab will load different properties.
For Openstack, one of these properties will be the Tenant. For EC2, it's Region.

However, choosing a tenant/region in this step will not do anything, as the tenant/region was already chosen when the compute resource was created. The VM will be created in the tenant/region previously chosen.
