Scenario:

1. Create two domains, katello.org and foreman.org
2. Create a new role
3. Add a filter to the role that has :view_domains permission
4. Add a filter to the role that has :edit_domains, name = katello.org
5. Give this role, and only this role to a new user
6. Log in as that user
7. Access the Domains page

Issues:
1. Both foreman.org and katello.org appear as links I can click on, but only clicking on katello.org triggers anything
2. I am able to view foreman.org from my permission but I am not able to view the details of foreman.org through the UI
