I would like the ability to upload a signed cert via the ldap auth page in order to use ldaps with active directory or other LDAP systems.

In our environment we need to use a public certificate when connecting the our AD servers. The attached is a diff of changes we made to get it to work. This is hardcoding the path to the cert in the code, so it would need to be modified to take a path from a webform instead.
