don't add a trailing slash to pulpcore_url in cli tests

new cli is more strict and doesn't accept this

affect this module.

Ensure glibc-langpack-en is always installed

Not all systems have this package pre-installed and without it creation
of the database will fail.

Drop pulpcore::plugin::migration

The last supported version of pulp-2to3-migration was with Pulp 3.19 and
this module now only supports 3.39 or newer.

Also move default analytics setting test to unit tests

A separate test is necessary for the default, because we don't omit
the setting but rather comment it for discoverability. But we don't
really need to test if any behaviors change by including a commented...

Fixes #37062 - Rename pulpcore::telemetry to pulpcore::analytics

Pulp changed the setting name to ANALYTICS. The original name
TELEMETRY is deprecated and could be removed in the future.

Use the yumrepo type to manage the repository

This drops module_hotfixes=1 since the repository now presents proper
modular metadata. It also stops managing the pulpcore-source repository,
but it was enforces to be disabled anyway.
