PostgreSQL DB logging config is missing timestamps making debugging hard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check /var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_log/postgresql-*.log

Actual results:
No timestamp at the beginning of the file

Expected results:
Timestamp should be there
