Feature #1184 - allow to save array based settings

this also moves the setting page to use inline edit

refs #1179 - hostname name in enc should include its parents too

this includes:

• hostgroup
• root password (when in unattended mode)
• foreman env (workaround for puppet enc bug)
• owner name
• owner email (or array of emails if its a group)
