Fixes #6304 - remove apply default info

As the feature is not reachable by the current UI/API and CLI and
there are no recent plans for enabling this feature again (probably
the foreman facts might be used instead), I'm removing the apply
default info to all hosts, as it's one of the last parts of the...

Fixes #5502: Removes old Katello authorization system.

After migrating completely to the Foreman authorization system,
the Katello database tables, UI and other artifacts are no longer
needed.

Fixes #5628 - remove converted v1 API controllers and tests.

Remove all of the v1 controllers and tests that have already been
converted to v2 and are no longer used.
