fixing red hat repos page

• product controller actions were mistakenly deleted
• routes for said actions were mistakenly deleted
• data attributes in some cases will be changed from foo_bar
  to foo-bar, so this was fixed

Merge pull request #3755 from bbuckingham/bugfixes

Bugfixes for legacy content view publish

Remove code that has been replaced by bastion/v2 APIs.

Delete several old and unused UI controllers, views,
javascript files, styles, and tests as well as removing
unused functionality from remaining bastion-only UI controllers.

Legacy Content View: quick fix to address issue on publish

This commit is just a 'quick fix' to address an error that can
occur on publish due to double form submits.

Note; this is only temporary as we replacing this UI in the
cv-rework branch.

initial cv publishing work
