Fixes #7000/BZ1080172: paginate content host packages.

Rendering hundreds of content host package rows was taxing the CPU,
especially in Firefox. This commit uses client side pagination to
limit the number of package rows rendered.

There was an error when updating an errata data range filter. This
commit fixes the error as well as displays error messages on the form
in the event of a legitimate error.

Fixes #6175 - Handle new status icon that was added

In the following commit we added a new status icon but didn't check to make
sure that it was properly refreshed so #6175 was reopened to deal with this.
