Fixes #7026/BZ1128471: fix error on updating errata date range filter.

There was an error when updating an errata data range filter. This
commit fixes the error as well as displays error messages on the form
in the event of a legitimate error.

This reverts commit 3ec51c074a3decb6656f85195d98b39f57ccf430.

will re-introduce this fix at a later date when we have some testing
around sorting

This commit will disable the promote/remove button for a content view version,
if the current task being executed resulted in in an error. Once the error
has been resolved and the task completes, the buttons will be re-enabled.
