Namespacing Katello factories and updating duplicated factories to modify

Content Views: Worked more on publishing content

Fixed places where repos had no environments. Also, changed the task type to
publish instead of refresh. Lastly, fixed publish for versions 2+ and

Remove code that has been replaced by bastion/v2 APIs.

Delete several old and unused UI controllers, views,
