(with or without an activation key) that is to be associated
with a foreman host to do the following:

1. identify the foreman host that this content host will be...

Revert "fixes #6573 - foretello should error when sorting by non-sortable field, BZ 1110431"

This reverts commit 3ec51c074a3decb6656f85195d98b39f57ccf430.

will re-introduce this fix at a later date when we have some testing
around sorting

This actions were used for hooking into the orchestration process when
having Katello and Foreman side by side. No need for this actions
anymore, as one can hook directly to the dynflow actions in app/lib/actions
