This commit adds code to orchestrate lifecycle env destroy via dynflow.
In addition to that it adds code to prevent environment deletion if any
of the lifecycle env associations like content hosts and activation keys

When one synced a repo priori to this commit, we got an error that

We can not publish the repos prior to syncing as this will cause
pulp to set the checksum on the repos to sha256. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1127793
We also need to pull the checksum after sync and add it to the repo...

Note that the Anemone gem allows the passing of proxy_host and proxy_port
by default but does not currently support proxy user and password.
In order to get around this, a monkey patch is applied to anemone...

Fixes #6985,BZ1127747 - Reusing CVEnv action in org destroy

Reusing the ContentViewEnvironment::Destroy action in Organization::Destroy
since the action was updated without Organization::Destroy being also updated.
This'll ensure future updates won't break org destroy.
