fixes #5655 - sending correct json for ktenvironments paths

Fixes #7114: use the correct model for host-collection row select.

The model being used for host-collections collapsed table row
select was incorrect from a bad copy/paste. This commit fixes the
model being used.

Fixes #7088/BZ1130224: reload filter after saving date range errata.

After saving the rule it was being replaced by the previous value
that was stored in the fitler. This commit reloads the filter so
that the rule is current.

Rendering hundreds of content host package rows was taxing the CPU,
especially in Firefox. This commit uses client side pagination to
limit the number of package rows rendered.

We were only getting the (default) first 20 results for a product's
repositories. This commit ensures we fetch all of a product's
repositories for display.
