SSL disable support

Currently whether ssl is set to true or false, it does not matter at
all. In both case the ssl_key, cacert, etc.. are printed in the template
forcing the smart-proxy to use SSL. This pull request fixes that and
avoids SSL certs being printed on the template.

added puppetrun_provider to enable puppetruns via mcollective

Do not add the served by to the header

In our workflow we use a staging server and do a puppet agent -t
--server --noop to see what changed. The served by header changes all
the files and triggers lots of refreshes. This makes it very hard to
spot what changed and what not.

Generate puppet_conf path from puppet confdir

Add support for options 'ssldir' and 'puppetdir'

This is useful if the puppetmaster configuration and/or ssl directory was
installed in non-standard locations.
